Report on Bright Class Training
Session - St Anthony's Church
School
As part of the school s
initiative to integrate technology into
early childhood education, new interactive
boards were installed in the Pre-Primary
section of St. Anthony Church School. To
familiarize the teachers with these newly
introduced digital tools, a Bright Class
Training Session was conducted on 9th July
2026.
The training session was primarily attended
by the Pre-Primary teachers, who were
introduced to the various features and
educational possibilities of the interactive
boards. Miss Lakshita and Miss Krutika, the
resource persons for the session, provided
practical guidance and demonstrated how the
boards could be effectively used in the
classroom.
The session focused on helping teachers
understand how to operate the interactive
boards and make the best use of their
different features. The teachers were guided
on how to incorporate digital content,
interactive activities, visual aids,
presentations, educational games, and other
engaging learning resources into their
lessons.
Special emphasis was placed on using
technology appropriately for young learners.
Since children in the KG section learn best
through visuals, interaction, movement, and
hands-on experiences, the teachers were
shown how interactive boards can make
lessons more lively, interesting, and
meaningful. The training also encouraged
teachers to use the boards creatively to
develop curiosity, participation, and better
understanding among the children.
