Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration - 1st November 2026

St. Anthony Church School celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava on 1st November 2026 with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and pride in Karnataka's rich cultural heritage. As the occasion fell on a Sunday, students and staff members gathered at 7:00 a.m. for the celebration. The programme began with the hoisting of both the National Flag and the Kannada Rajyotsava Flag, symbolising national unity and pride in our state.

One of the major highlights of the celebration was an informative and creative presentation by the Lower Primary students, showcasing the major agricultural crops cultivated across various districts of Karnataka. The students also presented the diverse food varieties and culinary specialities of different districts, giving everyone a glimpse of the state's rich diversity. The celebration was further enlivened by colourful dance performances reflecting Karnataka's vibrant culture, traditions and heritage.

The programme was both educational and entertaining, helping students develop a deeper appreciation for their state's identity and cultural richness. The efforts and performances of the students were highly appreciated by everyone, making the celebration a memorable and meaningful occasion.
